Minimum Orders: $100.00 min. orders less than $100.00 will receive a $10.00 service charge.

Freight and Shipping: F.O.B. Jacksonville, TX. Orders are shipped in approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Returns, Exchanges, or Adjustments: Inspect your order as soon as you receive it; no returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be accepted after 15 days. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

If your order is damaged or lost:

Save broken item(s) and packing material in the shipping carton.
Immediately notify Texas Basket. If this is the fault of the freight company they will want to inspect the damages and return back to us.
After the carrier has advised us of the damage claim we will credit your account for the damaged goods or replace the piece.

Payment Terms: For your convenience, Texas Basket accepts all major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.
All first time order must be C.O.D., Prepaid or Credit Card.
